Selection process

We’ve developed fair and thorough selection processes to ensure we appoint the right person to the right role. This involves a range of assessments to give you every opportunity to show us what you can do. Whilst we don’t use all of the following for every role, interviews and ability tests are standard, and your process may involve:

  • Ability tests (some of which you may be asked to do online)
  • Presentations
  • Group exercises
  • Analysis exercises
  • Job simulations
